Booking Information

Telephone Bookings - It is easier and quicker to book by telephone first. This way, you can be assured that the dates you want are available. The number to call is
+44 (0)1752 830020. There is an answerphone if we are not around, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Once agreed, we will provisionally hold your booking for 7 days to allow time for you to complete and return the Booking Form with the initial deposit of 25%. The full amount will be due if you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday.

Arrival and Departure - Arrival and departure days are usually Fridays, but we will be as flexible as we can - so if you require a different day just ask! The Apartment will be ready for you to take over at any time after 3pm at the start of your holiday.

Please can you vacate the Apartment by 11.00am on departure day. The Apartment is thoroughly cleaned between holidays but, because only a limited period is available in which to clean, we ask that you leave the cottage and its contents as you found them - clean and tidy.

Booking Form - Please complete and return the Booking Form , with your deposit, to confirm your booking. We will email to acknowledge payment and you will receive full travelling instructions after you have paid your balance of hire charge.

Payment – Payment can be made by sterling cheque or by bank transfer, whichever is easier, but any charges for bank transfers must be paid for by you. Please contact us for our bank details if required.

Payment can be made by credit card, but there will be an additional charge of 3% made to cover the handling fee. The payment will be processed through Carrier Direct (which is the name that will show on your statement) or such other third party that we appoint.
